Mechanical and hydraulic high-speed shearing is the key to the success of this equipment. The precise cooperation of the rotor and stator ensures that the material being processed can withstand hundreds of thousands of shears per minute. Several interchangeable stator heads cover a wide range of applications, from cosmetic emulsions to glues, which require mixing, homogenization, comminution, suspension and dissolution. In order to meet different process requirements and expand the scope of use, we have specially designed three different types of interchangeable stator heads, which can be disassembled and cleaned. The materials are all stainless steel, and the size of the stator head varies with the motor power.
